Konerko, Buehrle, lead White Sox by Rays (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Paul Konerko homered and drove in three runs, Mark Buehrle pitched effectively into the seventh inning and the Chicago White Sox beat the Tampa Bay Rays 8-3 on Saturday night. Carlos Quentin also homered for Chicago, which has won five of seven. Konerko has seven RBIs over his last five games. He had an RBI double in the first inning and hit a two-run homer in the fifth.
