Asdrubal Cabrera hit his first career grand slam and drove in five runs Saturday as the Cleveland Indians scored 14 runs in the second inning, the biggest inning ever against the New York Yankees. It was the most runs by a major league team in an inning since the Boston Red Sox scored 14 in the first against the Florida Marlins on June 27, 2003, at Fenway Park, according to STATS LLC.
