Brewers place RHP Riske on 15-day DL (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Milwaukee Brewers have placed reliever David Riske on the 15-day disabled list because of a tight right elbow and will bring up left-hander R.J. Swindle to take his place. The move made Thursday is retroactive to April 10. Riske will travel with the team to New York for its weekend series with the Mets, then will head to Los Angeles for a second opinion on his pitching elbow.
