Pinch-hitter Matt Stairs connected for a tiebreaking two-run homer in the ninth inning and the Philadelphia Phillies rallied to beat the Colorado Rockies 7-5 on Sunday. Chase Utley tied it at 5 with a two-run homer in the eighth and Ryan Howard had three hits for the Phillies, who won the last two of the three-game series.
