Right-hander Danny Graves has been granted his release by the Houston Astros. The club announced the move Wednesday. The move makes the Graves, an 11-year-veteran, a free agent. He began spring training with the major league club, posting a 6.43 ERA in seven relief appearances. He was reassigned to minor league camp on Sunday and was given permission to talk to other teams.
