Guerrero makes first spring start (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Vladimir Guerrero made his first start of spring training and impressed his manager in the Los Angeles Angels' 6-1 victory over the Arizona Diamonbacks. Diamondbacks outfielder Eric Byrnes made his first appearance, too. Guerrero, who had offseason knee surgery, played right field and was hitless in two at-bats.
