Feds to appeal evidence ruling; Bonds case delayed (usatoday.com)

Federal prosecutors have told the lawyers for Barry Bonds that they will appeal a ruling that excluded much of the evidence seized during the BALCO raids, according to a motion filed Friday afternoon.
