Reds sign RHPs Cueto, Ramirez for 1 year (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Pitchers Johnny Cueto and Ramon Ramirez agreed to one-year deals with the Cincinnati Reds on Friday. The Reds did not release any other contract details.
