Two years ago, Jeremy Guthrie was just looking to stick in the major leagues as a long reliever after being claimed off waivers by the Baltimore Orioles. Next month he will be pitching for Team USA. By the time the Orioles' staff ace reached his locker Tuesday morning, the right-hander had been named to the final roster for the World Baseball Classic.
