Right-hander Jason Jennings and the Texas Rangers have agreed to a minor league contract that includes an invitation to major league spring training. The deal announced Friday gives Jennings another chance to rebound from elbow problems that have plagued him since he returned to his home state after six seasons with the Colorado Rockies.
