The Baltimore Orioles and free agent Ty Wigginton reached a preliminary agreement on a $6 million, two-year contract. The contract depends upon Wigginton passing a physical, two people familiar with the agreement said Tuesday, speaking on condition of anonymity because the deal was not final.
