Dodgers sign Estes to minor league deal (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Pitcher Shawn Estes has agreed to terms of a minor league contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers that could be worth as much as $1.55 million. Estes would receive $550,000 if added to the Dodgers' 40-man roster, and would be able to earn an additional $1 million in performance bonuses bases on starts, from five to 30.
