Right-hander Scott Proctor's birthday present is a contract with the Florida Marlins. The former Los Angeles Dodgers reliever has agreed to a $750,000, one-year contract that includes $250,000 in incentives, a person familiar with the negotiations told the Associated Press on Friday.
