Interim Minter leads Marshall into bowl (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Rick Minter was not Marshall's head coach last month and he will not be in charge of the Thundering Herd next month. Right now, though, Minter has to get his team ready to take on Ohio in Saturday's Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl. Minter, Marshall's defensive coordinator, was named interim head coach when Mark Snyder resigned at the end of a 6-6 season.
