Courtney Paris scored a season-high 27 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and blocked six shots to lead No. 3 Oklahoma to a 76-59 victory over Kansas in the Big 12 tournament quarterfinals on Friday. Paris' big game came after she guaranteed that the Sooners would win the national championship. She dominated the Jayhawks (18-13) inside and caused havoc on the defensive end, too.
