Chantelle Handy hit an 18-foot jumper with 3 seconds left in overtime to give seventh-seeded Marshall a 72-70 victory over second-seeded Texas-El Paso in the Conference USA tournament quarterfinals Friday night. UTEP's Jareica Hughes, who raced the length of the court for a layup to force overtime, missed a desperation 3-pointer at the final buzzer.
