Vanderbilt holds off Georgia in SEC tourney (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Christina Wirth scored 23 points and No. 22 Vanderbilt committed just three turnovers Friday in a 69-61 victory over Georgia in the Southeastern Conference tournament quarterfinals. Tia Gibbs finished with 13 points, Meredith Marsh scored 12 and Jennifer Risper had 11 for Vanderbilt. The three turnovers was an SEC women's tournament record low.
