Chelsie Wiley scored 26 points to lead Central Florida to a 79-66 victory over Houston in the quarterfinals of the Conference USA tournament on Friday. The Knights (15-16), avenging an 80-65 regular-season defeat on Jan. 25, raced to a 39-21 lead at the half, extended their advantage to 51-29 and were ahead by at least nine points the rest of the way.
