Jill Young came off the bench to score a game-high 23 points, including a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 5:12 left, to lift No. 17 South Dakota State past Oral Roberts 71-64 in the regular-season finale for both teams on Monday night. South Dakota State (28-2, 17-1) clinched its second consecutive Summit League title and extended its winning streak to 14 games.
