Pederson helps No. 3 Stanford defeats UCLA 69-58 (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Kayla Pedersen had 20 points and Jeanette Pohlen added 19 to lead No. 3 Stanford past UCLA 69-58 Friday night, the Cardinals' 10th straight win. Pedersen, who scored 12 of her points in the first half, also had seven rebounds (23-4, 14-1 Pac-10). Jill Harmon, who joined the 1,000-point club, finished with 12 points.
