Duke ends brief slide, beats St. John's (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Gerald Henderson scored 19 points and Duke's starters scored all but four of its point as the ninth-ranked Blue Devils snapped a two-game losing streak with a 76-69 victory over St. John's on Thursday night. The Blue Devils (21-5) came in having lost three of four, including the consecutive losses to North Carolina and Boston College.
