Maya Moore scored 16 points and Tiffany Hayes added 15 and No. 1 Connecticut cruised to a 75-39 victory Wednesday night over Providence to remain undefeated. The Huskies (26-0, 12-0 Big East) opened the game with an 11-0 run and never trailed. Chandler McCabe led the Friars (9-16, 3-9) with eight points.
