Knee injury ends career of SCarolina's Dickerson (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

A knee injury has ended the career of South Carolina senior guard Brionna Dickerson. Dickerson hurt the knee Jan. 25. She tried a rigorous rehabilitation schedule to come back before the end of the season, but after consulting with her doctor and family Tuesday, she decided it was best not to come back.
