Mississippi State topples No. 20 Vanderbilt 66-61 (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Alexis Rack scored 14 points and Armelie Lumanu had 12 to lead Mississippi State to a 66-61 win over Vanderbilt on Thursday night. Christina Wirth scored 16 points to lead the Commodores, and Meredith Marsh added 13 points on 4-of-12 shooting. Mississippi State (17-6, 4-4 Southeastern Conference) shot 22-of-52 from the field, and responded to Lauren Lueders' go-ahead 3-pointer with a 12-5 run.
