Reggie Redding had 12 points, 11 rebounds and a key blocked shot for the Wildcats (18-4, 6-3 Big East). Sharaud Curry led the Friars (14-8, 6-4) with 25 points, while Weyinmi Efejuku had 23 and Jeff Xavier 21.
