Angel McCoughtry had 18 points and a career-high 20 rebounds to lead No. 5 Louisville to a 78-57 victory over Syracuse on Tuesday night. It was the 10th double-double of the season for McCoughtry, while Deseree' Byrd of the Cardinals (21-2, 8-1 Big East) had 12 points and tied her career-high with 10 assists.
