Young powers No. 4 Pitt past W. Virginia (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Sam Young scored 16 of his 22 points in the second half to lead No. 4 Pittsburgh to a 79-67 win over West Virginia on Sunday. Pittsburgh (18-1, 6-1 Big East) earned its second double-digit win since falling at Louisville a week ago and surrendering its No. 1 ranking. Pittsburgh's DeJuan Blair had his 13th double-double of the season with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
