Inside dominance helps Stanford dominate Oregon (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Jayne Appel scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead No. 11 Stanford to a 85-57 victory against Oregon on Thursday. Appel was 8-for-9 from the field in the first half, when she scored 18 points and had nine rebounds. She played only five minutes in the second half. Kayla Pedersen added 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Cardinal (14-4 overall, 5-1 Pac-10), who outrebounded the Ducks 47-22.
