Big Ten scoring and rebounding leader Jantel Lavender had 30 points and 12 rebounds to lead No. 19 Ohio State past Illinois 68-51 Thursday night. Star Allen added 13 points and 10 rebounds for Ohio State (15-3, 6-1), which had rolled over the Illini 67-35 on the road 11 days ago. Jenna Smith had 19 points and Lydia McCully 11 for Illinois (4-16, 0-9), which lost its 10th straight.
