Shalee Lehning scored 18 of her 22 points in the second half and No. 17 Kansas State outlasted No. 20 Iowa State for a 59-52 victory on Saturday. Marlies Gipson added 13 points for the Wildcats (15-1, 2-1 Big 12). Kansas State opened the game with a 6-0 run, but the Cyclones came back to take a one-point lead midway through the first half.
