Bayno resigns from Loyola Marymount (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Bill Bayno resigned as basketball coach of Loyola Marymount on Monday while on an extended health leave and will be replaced by acting coach Max Good. "Due to medical reasons, and on the advice of my doctors, I am resigning from my duties as head mens basketball coach at Loyola Marymount," Bayno said in a statement issued by the school.
