Cole Aldrich had a career-high 24 points and 13 rebounds, and Kansas held off Siena 91-84 Tuesday night after nearly blowing a 20-point lead. Kansas (11-3) was hoping to avoid a letdown after knocking off then-14th-ranked Tennessee on Saturday and jumped on Siena early with a 25-1 run to go up 30-10 in the first 10 minutes.
