Hillary Carlson and Megan McGuffey each had 22 points as Wyoming scored an 82-60 basketball victory over San Francisco on Saturday. The Cowgirls (8-5) took control midway through the first half to win their non-conference finale. Kristen Scheffler and Elisabeth Dissen each added 12 points as Wyoming controlled action beneath the basket, outscoring San Francisco 42-16 in the paint.
