Duke PG Smith leaves game with injury (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Fifth-ranked Duke lost starting point guard Nolan Smith to an apparent knee injury midway through the first half against Loyola of Maryland on Wednesday afternoon. The sophomore fell to the ground after a basket by Brian Rudolph with 8:31 left in the first half. He remained on the floor while team medical staff examined his left knee and coach Mike Krzyzewski stood at his side.
