Littles scores 33 to lead Virginia over La Tech (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Lyndra Littles scored a career-high 33 points to lead No. 16 Virginia to a 68-52 victory over Louisiana Tech in the championship game of the Cavalier Classic on Monday night. It was the fifth straight title for the Cavaliers (11-2) and 20th in 23 years of the tournament. Leading 15-14, Virginia used a 13-2 run over the next 5 minutes to take control of the game.
