I have been running for approximately 6 years and am an avid 400meter runner. I recently competed at the AAU National Club Championships in Orlando, Florida with my club, Metroplis where I placed 2nd in the 4 X 400 meter relay at 3.19:38; 2nd in the 4 X 100 at 42.39 and 6th in the 400 meter dash. I qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics in which I competed in August 2010.
