hello im alexander a 16yr at solid rock academy i play one sport only witch is football i train year round i swim run,jogg and work out in eat healthy i play d-end and with my height and speed it is very hard to find some one who can move that fast that weight over 260 i did a football combine this summer and i ran a 4.9 in the 40yrd dash.my lower body is my power house..i do lower body workouts every day after pratice.i love school.math is my best subject..
